The SafeFoodHandler.com 'Easy Learn Notes have been very carefully put together and modified so that just about anyone can quickly and effectively grasp the basic principles of food safety.

We at Environmental Outcomes think that learning should be fun, if your not having fun then learning can be harder than it should be.

The check sheets at the end of the notes are not a memory test or an intelligence test - they are there simply to provide you with a simple system to help you get the knowledge you need to be a Safe Food Handler.

To make sure that we know that you have grasped the basics of food safety we mark the check sheet and will send it back to you so that you can look up in the Easy Learn Notes where you went wrong.

We at Environmental Outcomes think that it's so important that food handlers are Safe Food Handlers that anyone that doesn't get the required minimum 45 out of 50 questions right, you will be able to have another go - completely free!
