This is a very good basic course that I have created specifically  those who volunteer to undertake food work in the community for charitable organisations.
It may not be suitable for those who are working for a Food Act registered food business (with the possible exception of those registered under National Programme Level 1).
The certificated version of this course is available if verification of having undergone food safety training (such as for NP 1) is required.

I may not have all the answers but I can always find out.
I have a practical and friendly attitude – I am retired so my time and my advice is free.
